Here is an outline of the legal rights you have under the The Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003.
Subsidiary Companies of Údarás na Gaeltachta
Under clause 1(5) (g) of the First Schedule of the Freedom of Information Act, 1997 the subsidiary companies of Údarás na Gaeltachta, including , Arramara Teoranta come under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Acts, 1997 and 2003.
So as to provide an efficient service Údarás na Gaeltachta acts as agent for this company in relation to these Acts.

The Freedom of Information Act, 1997 and 2003
The Freedom of Information Act 1997 came into effect on 21 April 1998 and introduced the legal rights for people:
to access official records held by Government Departments and other listed public bodies,
to have personal information about them corrected or updated where such information is incomplete, incorrect or misleading, and
to be given reasons for acts taken by public bodies that affect them.

The request should state that the request is being made under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Acts, and the particular subsidiary should be specified in the Application.
Please give as much information as possible to enable the staff to identify the record.
If information is desired in a particular form, (e.g. photocopy, computer disk, personal viewing etc.), this should be mentioned in your application.
NOTE:
Údarás na Gaeltachta as agent of Arramara Teoranta is required to acknowledge receipt of a request under the Act within ten working days and is obliged to respond to the request within twenty working days.
